REFUND POLICY

• Shipping fees are non-refundable.

• Once an order is placed and processed, it cannot be canceled.

• If your package is marked as “delivered” but you haven’t received it, please notify us within 24 hours at tan.contact@gmail.com. We may not be able to   assist you with the shipping carrier after this period.

Size Exchange Process:

• Email us at tanofficial.contact@gmail.com with your original order number and details regarding the exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.

• As we do not offer reverse pickup, you will be responsible for booking your own courier to return the item.

• Once we receive the returned product, our team will notify you and ship the new size to your address at no additional charge.

• Please note: We only offer one free exchange per order. Any further exchange requests will incur a shipping charge of ₹100.

Return/ Style Swap Process:

• Email us at tanofficial.contact@gmail.com with your original order number and the reason for return within 7 days of receiving the product.

• After we confirm the return is accepted, please courier the parcel back to us within 5 days of our confirmation.

• The item must be returned in its original condition, with original packaging and tags intact.

• As we do not offer reverse pickup, you will be responsible for booking your own courier.

• Once we receive and verify the returned product, store credit will be issued (we do not offer monetary refunds).

• This store credit can be used for a future purchase, including for a different style of your choice.

Damages & Incorrect Items:

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:

• Please email us with an unboxing video clearly showing the issue. This is required to validate the product’s condition.

• If verified, we will arrange for a replacement of the same product only.
